At TrendzyShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To start the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@trendzyshop.store, and we will provide the necessary details to send the item back.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to process.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@trendzyshop.store, and we’ll assist you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@trendzyshop.store, and we’ll assist you with the process.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you are returning an item valued at over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
